There are several types of parlay cards to choose from during football season, and each has a different payoff scale. The most popular variety of parlay card is the “1/2 point” card, in which ½-point point spreads are used, eliminating the possibility of a tie. TEASERS – We offer 6-, 6 ½-, 7-, 10- and 14-point teasers in football. A teaser allows the player to add extra points from the point spread on an underdog. What types of parlay cards are available.? - Delaware, which has long offered pro-football parlay betting, didn’t waste any time in becoming the first post-PASPA state to allow legal sports betting. According to the director of the state lottery, Vernon Kirk, Delaware was uniquely prepared to offer sports betting as the state was ready to do so in 2009 before a court decision blocked.
- Before that, the Delaware residents could only bet (and still can bet on) on parlay cards put out by the Delaware Lottery, which oversees all sports betting in DE. Governor John Carney placed the first bet in Delaware at Dover Downs—a $10 moneyline wager on the Phillies to beat the Cubs at +200 (or 2/1 odds).

Delaware Park is a casino, sportsbook, and horse racetrack located in Northern Delaware. The park was opened in 1937 and has been serving the residents of Delaware and the surrounding area ever since. It also has over 10 dining establishments, 4 bars, and an 18-hole golf course.
De Lottery Sports Betting Parlay
On June 5, 2018, Delaware fully legalized sports betting, allowing Delaware Park to open its sportsbook to start accepting single-game wagers in addition to the parlay cards previously allowed. Sports betting at Delaware Park is overseen by the Delaware Lottery which also sets all lines.
You can place bets with walk-up tellers and self-service machines on the first floor and the second-floor clubhouse at Delaware Park. There is also extensive seating, multiple boards with live odds, and countless TVs to watch games.
